Game Studio Superfan Week 4
What I have Done this week:
This week I have made good progress with blocking out the main level. So far, have managed to block out the first sections of the level, including the intro section, the first wall running segment, and the section after this where you smash through glass, as well as the first big combat area and the wall running segment that follows it. I have managed to implement a destructive mesh into the environment that the player can destroy when travelling at a high enough speed, which is going to be used during one of the wall-running parts of the level. The enemies have also been put in place, and the areas have been lighted properly. Before I continue with this, I must first go back to these sections I have created and make sure they all play out correctly and are laid out in a way that the player can understand well enough.
