 Hammer Girl Final Update


I have now completed the last thing I needed for my level. I have implemented NPC's into the level for the player to interact with. Each NPC in the level has something to contribute to building the narrative of the game, by giving the player information of where to go and why they have to destroy the altar. This is true except for one NPC which is the blacksmith, and he is a quest-giver. When you go up to him, he will ask for gems, and claims he will give you a hammer in return. When the player collects 8 gems the blacksmith will give you the hammer collectible so hammer girl can smash her way to the chest behind the crates. The blueprint to create this was very complex compared to the last few, but I have got it working nonetheless. This now allows all of the mechanics in the game to happen in one play-through. I will now film a walk-through of the level as I have now fully completed it, as well as all of my designs.
